1. Can use any archival sound as long as in Public Domain or Creative Commons (https://creativecommons.org/)

2. Editing in Reaper, the three smaller projects should be edited in Reaper to give you a chance to learn the program. Your final project can created with any application you prefer.

3. Length: around 3-5 minutes, though it can be longer or shorter if there is a good reason for it
